»Registration FAQs

Before you can register on the Kensington Partner-it Program, your company must be registered. Your company can apply for registration online at www.kensingtonpartner-it.com, but this must be done by a Program Champion such as a Manager or Director.

Once your company is signed-up, you may be invited to register by your company’s Program Champion or you can register direct on the ‘Individual Registration’ page.

In line with promotional and data-protection laws, your company must register their participation and acceptance to the company terms and conditions of participation in the first instance. This must be done by a PC (Program Champion) for your company.

Do you know who the PC is for your company? Nominate them here, and we’ll send them an email invitation to register the company.

To register the company, you must be a Program Champion for your company. That means having the authority to:

• Accept the terms and conditions of participation on behalf of your company
• Choose how the company wishes to participate.

Your registration will be put on hold and you will be sent an email telling you that your company needs to register on the Program.

Once your company has registered we will send you an email informing you that you are now able to complete your individual registration.

As soon as your company begins to register on the Program, your Company will be allocated a unique Company ID Code. This same company code is used by all employees of the company and you can use it to register on the Program.

If you have been given a unique Company Code, either by your Program Champion or by Kensington through an email invitation, you can enter this code on the individual registration form to link yourself to your company.

However, you don’t need a unique Company Code to complete the registration form. If you don’t have your unique Company Code, you will be asked to enter your company details and the system will run a search to see if your company is registered on the Program.

If your company is registered, we will send you an email with your company code so that you can complete your individual registration.

If your company is not yet registered, we will send you an email with a new company code and if you are the Program Champion you can register your company or we will send an email on your behalf to your nominated Program Champion to invite them to register your company on the Program.

www.kensingtonpartner-it.com is a secure site, and all registrations must be verified before access is granted to any participating company or individual.

If your registration has been approved by Kensington, you’ll receive a unique username and password by email, to access the Program. If you have forgotten your login details, please email us here and we will send you a reminder.

If you registered more than five working days ago, please email us with your name and company name and we’ll do the rest!

UK, France, Germany, Holland, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovenia, Croatia, Greece, Turkey, Cyprus, Israel, Ukraine and UAE.
